Wednesday Evening Cocktail Reception – $5,000.00

• Listed as sponsor of cocktail party on the conference agenda and NIBA website.

• Logo on NIBA website with quick link to your website.
• Full page ad within conference booklet.
• Giveaways are optional, not required.
• You may speak or have audio visual (presentation would need to be kept to under 15 minutes and content would need to be pre-approved).

This event typically runs 1 1/2 hours on Wednesday evening of the conference, usually from 8:00PM – 9:30PM (times subject to change). The Wednesday Evening Cocktail Reception is designed to welcome the NIBA Conference attendees to the event. A full bar and heavy hors de vors will be served.

Thursday Evening Cocktail Reception – $7,500.00

• Complimentary admission for 4 persons per conference.
• Listed as sponsor of cocktail party on the conference agenda and NIBA website.
• Exhibit table provided for the entire conference.
• Logo on signage at event.
• Logo on NIBA website with quick link to your website.
• Full page ad within conference booklet.
• Giveaways are optional, not required.
• You may speak or have audio visual (presentation would need to be kept to under 15 minutes and content would need to be pre-approved.

This event typically runs 2 hours on Thursday evening, usually from 6:00PM – 8:00PM (times subject to change). The Thursday Evening Cocktail Reception is designed to be the focal cocktail party of the NIBA Conference. It is open to all conference participants and area broker dealers. A full bar and heavy hors de vors will be served.
